When it comes to purchasing a home there are huge differences in prices anywhere in the Northern Virginia Area. If you are looking for a single family home in the 300s you might be very hard pressed to finding something that fits your criteria and budget in Fairfax or Arlington but you will easily find something in Prince William County. Generally the closer to get to the City the more expensive homes will be and that’s mostly true for every market.
