Know Your Budget

your financial depth before you go out looking at houses.

Location
Well, you have probably heard this a million times in the real estate community, but I will say it again anyway – it’s all about location. After the initial excitement of purchasing a new property fades away, you’ll have to face the reality of living in a new place. Your happiness in your new house – a big part of it, anyway – will depend on the locality of the house; the neighborhood, the amenities and your commute to work. It all matters. Make sure you take the time to do your research here. Common Things that most people look for, and you need to too, are: shopping centers, restaurants, health care facilities, parks and recreational stuff, schools, commute time to work amongst others. Make a list of things that you absolutely need and then make sure your new house has all of them, or falls pretty close to them.
