Our local Woodbridge VA Real Estate market is heavily dependent on the Federal Government. Think about it how many of your neighbors work for the Federal Government? I can think about several of my clients that are working for the Federal Government and that have put their Real Estate plans on hold until this shut down is resolved. Some even think further and will be waiting until the debt ceiling debate has been resolved.Overall the Woodbridge VA Real Estate Market is still strong but this shut down has and will have an impact. Let’s hope this will be resolved shortly.
