When selling your home less is more. The other day I was showing a home that was perfectly staged. It didn’t look like the home was professionally staged but it looked like the homeowner listened their Real Estate Agents suggestions. LESS IS MORE.

There was a storage pod in the drive way and before that there was a coming soon sign for quite some time outside the house, so I know the Seller worked hard on getting the home show ready and it paid off. They did receive multiple offers.

Less is truly more. In the office they had one desk, chair and lamp. The room seemed much bigger this way then it actually is. In the master bedroom they had the bed and a chest, not to much decoration, just the bare minimum. The home showed great as truly less is more.

Of course the home was also painted and in overall good shape. The floorplan was open and inviting, but the less is more made all the difference, including the fact that the home was perfectly priced. Priced to sell and to attract multiple offers.
