– FHA case #s cannot be ordered/assigned. We cannot order appraisals without the case #s.
– IRS Tax Transcripts – cannot be processed at this time
– USDA Rural Housing and VHDA commitments
– Re-verification of employment for Government Employees
– Social Security verifications
– Flood Insurance certifications
– FHA/VA loans that have closed and are waiting to be insured
– Any other Federal Government related facets of our loans
