The Woodbridge VA Real Estate market is heating up. Over the past couple of days I was able to ratify several contracts. Several of my listings are no longer available as they are now under contract with some happy Woodbridge VA area Home buyers. 

The Woodbridge VA spring real estate market has been in full swing as many home buyers are looking to take advantage of still low interest rates. Experts believe interest rates will go up over the next couple of months, but keep in mind no one has a crystal bowl. Fact is that currently interest rates are low and prices are still affordable.
