First thing this morning I saw many of my friends post updates from Inside Nova regarding the Prince William County School Board decision to make up for the many snow days we had so far this school year.According to Insidenova, Prince William County will be extending the school year by one day and recess will be limited to 10 minutes a day. This will help make up for the 15 hours of instruction time lost sue to all the snow days this school year.
Also one of the Teachers workdays will now be a regular school day, March 31.
The shortened recess is for elementary students only.
The last day of school before summer break will now be a full day of school.
