Dale City Waterworks Waterpark now closed for the season

Yesterday was officially the last pool day for the 2014 swim season at Dale City Waterworks Waterpark. The park is now closed until it will open back up Memorial Day 2015. The Dale City Waterpark offers fun for all ages. With its cool water slide the Dale City Waterpark is a favorite with kids and of course teenagers. Conveniently located on Dale Blvd, just after Mapledale.

The Dale City Waterpark is part of the Prince William County Parks and Recreation and located in the Andrew Leitch Park. Next to the Dale City Waterpark the Andrew Leitch Park offers so much more. Basketball field, Soccer Field or multi-purpose sports field. There is also a playground and a walking trail. My friend and I regularly meet there to walk her dog. I think we enjoy it more then the dog. 

 




Dale City has a mix of single family homes and townhomes and newer homes. The the closer you get to Hoadly Road the newer and bigger the homes get. If you are looking for one level living, Dale Cityoffers some very nice Ramblers. Some other style homes popular in Dale City are the Split Level Homes. Most, if not all homes in Dale City were built by The Hylton Group.

During the summer months there has been movie nights at Stonebridge at Potomac Town Center in Woodbridge VA. Every Sunday in May, June, July and now with Summer coming to an end the last few movies for September.

During the months of August 2014 there were a total of 72 homes that sold in Dale City Woodbridge VA. Out of these 72 Dale City Home sales 55 were single family homes and 17 townhouses.
