Today is Administrative/Secretary Professional’s
Day!  According to Wikipedia National
Administrative Professional’s Day was created by the U.S Secretary of Commerce
in 1952 to “to recognize the secretary, upon whose
skills, loyalty, and efficiency the functions of business and government
offices depend”.  By that definition, I think most of us have
many people to thank today  Many of you know me as the face of Claudia S.
Nelson Real Estate Team but today I would like to tell you more about my behind
the scenes team that makes this all possible!        



First off, my Dad! 
My biggest supporter and cheerleader for as long as I can remember.  He is always the first to ask how he can help
and always volunteering to handle administrative tasks.  Words will never be able to express my
thanks, Dad!

My newest members to the team is a Mother/Son team
that handles my marketing, appointment setting and the part of my team that gets me
refocused when I have a thousand ideas going at once. 

Tiffany Cloud has been with Keller Williams Realty
in some fashion for the last 4 years. 
She has done everything from Director of First Impression to being the
CEO of the Keller Williams Stafford Market Center.  She is most known for her innovative
marketing ideas.  I am so happy to have her on my team.  Thank you for always running
with my ideas even the ones I have at 6 a.m.

Tiffany’s son, Gabriel Mendoza, is a recent graduate of
Woodbridge High School.  Gabriel is part
of the Millennial’s generation where computers and staying current on the
latest trends were taught throughout his entire education.  When he is not attending Germanna Community
College he handles my appointments and markets my listings with the latest
trends.  I am very grateful to have you
on my team, Gabriel.  You are sponge for
knowledge and I love seeing you grow in your role.

Last but not least, I have to say thank you to the
backbone of Keller Williams of Woodbridge, Donna O’Mahoney.  Donna’s official title with Keller Williams
is Market Center Administrator, MCA. 
That’s a rather generic title for the official CFO, party planner &
Mom of the office.  Thank you for all
your patience with me, Donna.  I, and the

Woodbridge VA Real Estate News for April 2015



I just checked the NAR Real Estate Statistics for
projected home sales and its looking good for the Woodbridge VA area.  The national
projected homes sales for April 2015 rose to $4.9 million up from March’s
numbers.  The National home price is up
2.5% from last month and 7.6% from last year! 
This puts the National Real Estate Median Price at $203,000 up from
$199,000 for March 2015 median home prices. 
In the Woodbridge Virginia Real Estate numbers, we have seen
107 new listings in April from April 1 to April 8.  The median price for newly listed (Woodbridge
homes listed in April so far) at $355,158. 
In this same time frame, April 1-April 8, Woodbridge had 31 home sales,
closings.  For the 31 homes that closed
in Woodbridge Virginia so far this month, the average days on the market was
41.


We see this as great news for Woodbridge VA and Prince William County Home sellers and the Woodbridge Virginia real estate market.  If you are thinking about selling your home,
