The Glen shopping Center is featuring a FREE Fall FEst on Sunday October 19th from 1 pm to 3 pm. 
 
The Glen is located right where Old Bridge Rd and Prince William Parkway meet. Just across the street from the Chinn Center. 
 
The Glen’s Fall Fest is offering Train Rides, Moon Bounce and so much more. Just go and check it out at the Glen on Sunday October 19th from 1 pm to 3 pm. 
I love The Glen Shopping Center and homes at the Glen. The Glen shopping center is featuring so many great restaurants and shops. Including a Chipotle, Panera Bread, The all American Steak House, a Thai Restaurant, Five Guys, a Mexican Restaurant and so much more. There is also a Safeway at the Glen Shopping Center. Just check it out for yourself. 
 
Walking distance to the Glen Shopping Center there are several great townhouses for sale. The Glen is offering 3 level townhouses with and without garage. The homes are spacious and offer something for everyone.

I went there last year and it was lots and lots of fun. You should definitely check it out. Stonebridge at Potomac Town Center is always a great place to go to regardless of what events they have, but with the event it is even more special.

Stonebridge at Potomac Town Center offers great restaurants, shopping and so much more. I personally love going shopping at Wegmans and Stonebridge at Potomac Town Center has my all time favorite store Black House White Market. Love their stuff. Oh and then not to forget DSW, who doesn’t like new shoes.

A day at the Washington DC Zoo

Yesterday I was taking one of these rare days off and I went to the DC Zoo. DC is really close from Woodbridge VA where I live and work, and the DC Zoo is a great day trip. I was super exited to seeing the pandas. The baby panda was chilling and hanging out in a tree. Just didn’t think about taking a picture of the cute panda at the DC Zoo, but instead took pictures of the lions. They are cute. Can I have a pet lion? Just kidding. 

Woodbridge VA is so close to the Nations Capital and all the attractions Washington DC has to offer. The Zoo is just one of the many free Smithsonian Museums there are so many more things in DC to do. Driving into DC for work or simply to see the beautiful city and its monuments or going out for a drink in the City, Woodbridge makes a great commuter location and is conveniently located close to enjoying all the City amenities.

Like every year the Lake Ridge Nursery is having their annual pumpkin patch. It is open now. Lake Ridge Nursery is located off Old Bridge Rd. right at Springwood. The actual address is 3705 Old Bridge Rd. 

Lake Ridge Nursery’s Pumpkin Patch is open all week and listed below you will see the prices for during the week and weekends. Monday through Thursday admission per child is $ 12.- Friday, Saturday and Sunday admission per child is $15.-. There is no cost for adults. 
Look how cool the pumpkin patch looks. There is so much cool stuff for kids to do. And of course the Lake Ridge Nursery has lots of great stuff for the adults as well. If you have no plans yet for the Columbus day Holiday you should consider taking the family to Lake Ridge Nursery and the Lake Ridge Pumpkin Patch. Trust me it is lots of fun.
