Out of the 80 homes that sold in Lake Ridge 7 were Foreclosures and 6 were Short Sales. So only 13 distressed property sales in the month of September in Lake Ridge. The average days on market was 25 days. To look at the numbers a little closer 46 of the Lake Ridge Home Sales were townhouses and 24 Single Family Homes.
