The Glen Community falls under the Prince William County School system. I recently wrote an article about a new website they have to determine what school your child will attend based on your address. It is always best to check this information. Prince William County Schools are always growing and have to change school zones.

The Glen Townhouses range in square footage from 1,240 square feet to the larger townhomes 1,728 square feet. The Glen offers some townhouses with a 1-car garage, basements and fireplaces. Most townhouses in The Glen were built around 1991. We are starting to see Townhomes for sale at The Glen with upgraded kitchens and upgraded bathrooms.
According to MRIS, Homes Sales and Home Values, from January 1, 2015 to August 1, 2015, show 10 homes were sold in The Glen during this 8 month timeframe. During January-August 2015, home values, homes sales for The Glen ranged $275,000 to $319,000. The time it took these townhomes in The Glen Lake Ridge to sell, Days on market (DOM), ranged from 3 days to 165 days.
