Finally the weather is heating up. Although Tim’s River Shore is open for business regardless of the weather, sunny, warm weather and a drink at Tim’s River Shore are the perfect conditions.

 

Yesterday I was showing homes in Potomac Shores and afterwards we stopped at Tim’s River Shore for a quick bite. If you want to live close to Tim’s River Shore consider Potomac Shores. Potomac Shores is already and will be such an amazing community once its all finished. Potomac Shores nestled around the shores of the Potomac River and the Potomac Shores Golf Course, Signature Jack Nicklaus Golf Course. Potomac Shores will have a Marina, a Town Center, Schools, amazing amenities and so much more. 
Potomac Shores will be a  mixed used community with over 3800 homes to come, shopping, schools, golf course and much more. 
Homes will be built around the Jack Nicklaus Golf Course which is scheduled to open in Spring of 2014. The 18-hole course is featuring a state of the art driving range and short-game practice area. There will also be a new large clubhouse including a carriage house available for private events. 
The golf course is only one of Potomac Shore’s many attractions. There are also plans for a resort, a  marina, dozens of athletic fields and courts throughout the development. Two schools one John Paul the Great is already in the community and a Virginia Rail Express commuter train station. Not to forget the hiking and biking trails through out Potomac Shores.

Potomac Shores will be truly one of a kind community in the Woodbridge area and Prince William County.

The opening of the Potomac Shores Golf Club and Potomac Shores Golf Course is just around the corner. The Potomac Shores Golf Club is set to open in Spring 2014.The Potomac Shores Golf Club has been advertising for jobs at the Club House including executive chef. Additionally the management company for Potomac Shores Club has been announced recently. According to the Potomac Shores the management company for the Potomac Shores Golf Club will be Troon.

 

 

The Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course in Potomac Shores is scheduled to open for the public in Spring of 2014. The Potomac Shores Golf Course will be the first Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course in the Washington DC metro area. According to the Jack Nicklaus website, the developer for Potomac Shores SunCal will open for invitation-only preview play at Potomac Shores Golf Course.

 

The Potomac Shores Golf Course is a 18-hole course nestled in the Potomac Shores Community along the Potomac River shoreline just 30 miles south of the nations capital. The Potomac Shores Golf Course offers an European style playing experience.
Potomac Shores Golf Course will also feature a 7,500 sqf Clubhouse, reminiscent of a Georgian Plantation home and a traditional carriage house for private events. The Potomac Shores Golf Course will be a dream come through for Golfers with a state of the art driving range and short game practice area.
