Tim’s Rivershore in Dumfires VA is a local favorite place to hang out all year round but especially during the warmer season. Just imagine sitting at the Potomac Rivershore enjoying a cool drink and eating great food.

The weather is getting better and better time to get ready to hang out at Tim’s Rivershore in Dumfries.
 
With the addition of Potomac Shores in Dumfries and the Potomac Shores Golf Course Tim’s Rivershore will become even more popular then it already is. 
 
If you haven’t been to Tim’s Rivershore you are really missing out. Trust me, real fun and just a great atmosphere, but don’t take my word for it check it out for yourself. 
 
Tim’s Rivershore always got great events, like the 4 the of July firework and many more great get together.
 
Potomac Shores will be a  mixed used community with over 3800 homes to come, shopping, schools, golf course and much more.
Homes will be built around the Jack Nicklaus Golf Course which is scheduled to open in Spring of 2014. The 18-hole course is featuring a state of the art driving range and short-game practice area. There will also be a new large clubhouse including a carriage house available for private events.
The golf course is only one of Potomac Shore’s many attractions. There are also plans for a resort, a  marina, dozens of athletic fields and courts throughout the development. Two schools one John Paul the Great is already in the community and a Virginia Rail Express commuter train station. Not to forget the hiking and biking trails through out Potomac Shores.


Potomac Shores will be truly one of a kind community in the Woodbridge area and Prince William County.

Finally the weather is heating up. Although Tim’s River Shore is open for business regardless of the weather, sunny, warm weather and a drink at Tim’s River Shore are the perfect conditions.

 

Yesterday I was showing homes in Potomac Shores and afterwards we stopped at Tim’s River Shore for a quick bite. If you want to live close to Tim’s River Shore consider Potomac Shores. Potomac Shores is already and will be such an amazing community once its all finished. Potomac Shores in Dumfries is definitely starting to take shape. The fist Home owners have already moved into the community and more are coming daily. The builders Ryan and NV Homes are selling homes quickly and are getting these homes ready for the new Potomac Shores Home Owners.The Potomac Shores Golf Club House has been fully built and the entrance is getting it’s finishing touches as we speak in time for the grand opening of the Potomac Shores Golf Course in a couple of weeks.

The long awaited Potomac Shores Golf Course opening is just around the corner. Today I went to Potomac Shores to tour model homes with a home buyer and also took some updated pictures of what has been going on in Potomac Shores.

I also ran into the manager of the Potomac Shores Golf Course and was told the Golf Course will officially open first weekend in May. I know local golfers have been waiting for the Potomac Shores Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course to open for quite some time and now the opening is just around the corner.

Potomac Shores has truly been a fast selling new homes community. Since they officially opened homes are being sold in record time. Everyone wants to be in Potomac Shores before it officially takes off. Let me tell you it has already taken off, but you are not too late, there is still time to get some great lots.
