Woodbridge VA Real Estate News for April 2015



I just checked the NAR Real Estate Statistics for
projected home sales and its looking good for the Woodbridge VA area.  The national
projected homes sales for April 2015 rose to $4.9 million up from March’s
numbers.  The National home price is up
2.5% from last month and 7.6% from last year! 
This puts the National Real Estate Median Price at $203,000 up from
$199,000 for March 2015 median home prices. 
In the Woodbridge Virginia Real Estate numbers, we have seen
107 new listings in April from April 1 to April 8.  The median price for newly listed (Woodbridge
homes listed in April so far) at $355,158. 
In this same time frame, April 1-April 8, Woodbridge had 31 home sales,
closings.  For the 31 homes that closed
in Woodbridge Virginia so far this month, the average days on the market was
41.


We see this as great news for Woodbridge VA and Prince William County Home sellers and the Woodbridge Virginia real estate market.  If you are thinking about selling your home,

The year is almost over and the Woodbridge VA Real Estate Market is still going stronger then ever. Having slowed down a bit for the Holidays is usual, however prices have remained strong and are pointing upwards. I love having breakfast at IHOP. Normally I go to the one off Hoadly Rd. They have excellent hash browns or Roeschti as we would call it in Switzerland.There are several IHOP’s in the Woodbridge VA area the one closest to where I live is my favorite one, simply because it’s closest to where I live. Lol





There are many great single family homes close to IHOP, Harris Teeter and the shopping plaza. If you are looking to moving close to Hoadly Rd there are some great places to check out.

There are two 55+ communities in the Woodbridge VA area. River Ridge and Four Seasons. River Ridge is locate in Woodbridge VA and Four Seasons is locate in Dumfries. 


Conveniently located off 234 close to I95, shopping and dining. Four Seasons offers it all, Club House with many daily activities for everyone. Indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts and so much more. Four Seasons is a great retirement community. 





Located off Old Bridge Rd and Clipper Dr an amenity filled retirement community that offers it all. 


Main level living at its best at Fours Seasons in Dumfries and River Ridge in Woodbridge VA. There are plenty of great main level living floor-plans in both of these 55+ communities.
