Earlier today I took my friend to Olive Garden for a belated Birthday lunch. Olive Garden is one of the local Woodbridge VA restaurants that offers a Free entree to all veterans. There are many more restaurants that offer a small thank you to all the Veterans, active or retired military members.

Harris Teeter is conveniently located at the corner of Hoadly Rd and Prince William County Pkwy. Technically the Harris Teeter is located in Manassas however it is right at the boarder to Woodbridge. Most people will think the Harris Teeter is located in Woodbridge and not Manassas. Well let me not get into the strange boarder line on Hoadly Rd from Woodbridge to Manassas. Actually, most of the right hand side, coming down from Dale Blvd to PWC Parkway is Woodbridge and most of the left hand side is Manassas.

There are some great stores in this shopping plaza, including a Starbucks, Max Muscle, Confection Cup Cakes, and so much more. There are great places to eat, including the newest Place Petra’s Grill. There is an excellent Thai place, one of my favorite dishes there is the Cashew Chicken.

There are many great single family homes close to Harris Teeter and the shopping plaza. If you are looking to moving close to Hoadly Rd there are some great places to check out.

It was my sisters birthday this weekend and I went up to New York to celebrate their birthday and to celebrate Octoberfest. My sister currently lives in New York and we attended the Octoberfest at a German Bar. All this made me think about where are there any good Octoberfests in and around the Woodbridge VA area. 

The are some good Octoberfest posted on the about DC Website. Check it out for Octoberfests in and around Woodbridge VA. There is no real Octoberfest in Woodbridge but the Octoberfest I attended in New York isn’t anything like the real Octoberfest in Munich either. We had to argue with the DJ to play some real Octoberfest music. Lol.

I love this store. I just went through some of my recent selfies and noticed that in almost all of them I am wearing something from the White House Black Market in Woodbridge VA. The White House Black Market in Woodbridge VA is locate at Stonebridge at Potomac Town Center and everyone there is great. I love shopping there. I also love their online deals, which are always great. In order for me to continue to afford shopping there I better focus my attention back on the Woodbridge VA Real Estate market. Just thought I would share this with you.

I get asked all the time: Claudia is now a good time to buying or selling my Woodbridge area Home? This is somewhat a loaded question and the answer really depends on your situation.

Currently the Woodbridge VA Real Estate Market has lots of homes for sale and buyers are out and about, looking for their first time home, move up home or their downsize home to retire in. So yes homes are selling currently in the Woodbridge VA area and buyers are also still getting good deals. Interest Rates are low and prices are still very affordable in and around the Woodbridge VA area. 


But coming back to the question in hand is now a good time to buy or sell. That really depends on your personal situation.
